Client agrees to pay ASI a non-refundable retainer fee in the
amount of $ prior to the commencement of the
Assignment. Client further agrees to pay $
hourly/per diem plus expenses for each agent used in
the course of the assignment. Agency service rates are rounded up to the nearest 1/4
hour for report preparation, phone consultations, e-mails, film editing and transfers. Any
additional search charges requested or necessitated by this investigation are as posted at
www.305Detectives.com. Client further
understands that there is a hour minimum charge on assignments performed out of office, i.e. surveillance,
including travel time and mileage at $.58/mile (vehicle or rental charges as
applicable) Additionally, one hour ( at the hourly rate mentioned above)
will be added daily to every case to cover travel time/ per investigator.
All outstanding bills and charges are due and payable immediately upon completion of the
assignment. All film, video or other evidentiary materials remain the property of
ASI until the bill is paid in full and shall be delivered to client at ASI's
discretion after 72 hours of the case is closed. In the event the client fails to pay their bill,
Client shall become responsible for all costs incurred in the collection of the
outstanding bill including reasonable Attorney fees. In addition, a 21%
interest shall be added to clients bill compounded monthly if bill is
past due. This contract shall be interpreted by
the laws of the State of Florida. The jurisdiction for any action herein shall be in Miami
Dade County, Florida unless otherwise determined by ASI.
ASI agrees to conduct this Assignment in a lawful manner and to report only to the
Client or their designee if otherwise specified. Upon request a written report will be
submitted at the completion of the assignment. In the event that a Court appearance
by any agents, associates or employees of ASI is required, the Client shall be charged for
Court appearances at a minimum of 5 Hours per investigator per day.
The Client represents that the Assignment requested is proper and legal and agrees to
indemnify and hold ASI , its officers, agents, investigators and affiliates, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and
actions arising out of ASI's efforts to handle this Assignment, except, however, such
actions as may be caused by or arise out of the negligence of ASI, its officers or
employees. ASI may withdraw from the performance of its services at any time, at its sole
discretion. Should ASI choose to withdraw its services, any unused portion of the retainer
shall be returned to the Client within a reasonable period of time and at
ASI's discretion.
It is understood that the relationship between Client and ASI is in strictest
confidence, and the agent has no authority to discuss this assignment with anyone other
than the Client, their designee or in response to Court subpoena.

I have read and/or have had this Investigation Services Contract explained to me, and
understand it fully. This contract is binding on all parties when fully executed by a
corporate officer of ASI, Inc., d.b.a. 305detectives.com.
